This charming and intimate 6-unit community is conveniently located in the Fashion Valley / Linda Vista area near USD. Just a short walk to public transportation and a few minutes away from the beach, mission valley, downtown and all that San Diego has to offer. Our Three Bedroom Apartments have been renovated with new kitchen countertops, two toned paint, Pergo floors and new carpet in the living rooms, fireplaces, brushed nickel fixtures and refinished countertops in the bathrooms. For your convenience our apartments also come with a full-size washer and dryer. We do not accept pets however we do make accommodations for service or companion animals in connection with disabilities.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
The advertised deposit is based on meeting the rental criteria outlined on the first page of the application.
